Ms. Browne has over two decades of investment banking and financial services experience with expertise in residential mortgages spanning capital markets, credit risk, finance, servicing and operations. She is a former Managing Director of UBS AG’s residential mortgage finance business where she was instrumental in launching and growing the platform to a top five lender in the country. Prior to her nearly 9 years at UBS AG, Ms. Browne held senior leadership positions with Credit Suisse and Washington Mutual Capital (broker dealer of Washington Mutual Bank).
