NewDay USA Wins Smart CEO Cornerstone Award

Baltimore, MD – NewDay USA, a mortgage lender for Veterans, is being recognized as a “Corner Stone” of its community.

At a ceremony honoring Baltimore’s “Corner Stone” honorees, NewDay was selected a winner based not only on its economic contributions, but also its time, talent and philanthropic initiatives.

Smart CEO says companies of all sizes are honored for their commitment to strengthening the foundation of the communities they call home.

“For us, “home” is not only Baltimore and the surrounding areas, where we employ and train hundreds of people,” says Posner. “‘Home’ includes our veteran community locally and across the country. We honor their service and sacrifice each and every day.”

NewDay employees also frequently volunteer at “Baltimore Station” which is a therapeutic residential treatment program supporting veterans. And they help maintain grounds and facilities at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial and the Korean War Memorial, all in Washington DC.
